My approach to therapy is integrative, blending various therapeutic techniques to tailor the treatment to each individual’s unique needs. I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am familiar with DBT ( foundational training certified), REBT, and other modalities. My goal is to provide compassionate and personalized care, fostering personal growth and healing for each client.
